Meet the Chef
James Beard Award Nominee Shenarri Freeman, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education's plant-based Health-Supportive Culinary Arts program, was born and raised in Richmond, VA. She fully embraced veganism in 2017 as a means of putting her health first and taking control of her well-being and is now committed to creating plant-based dishes that are fun and indulgent.
