Born in Cholula, Mexico in a family of farmers, Juan moved to the US at 16 and immediately began working with his father in kitchens. With 16 years of restaurant experience, Juan joined Overthrow Hospitality one year ago as chef of Avant Garden.  “If you love cooking, you never get bored of learning,” he says.
