Overthrow Hospitality is where food, design, and culture converge, each space guided by a shared belief: that plant-based dining can be indulgent, expressive, and deeply memorable.

Founded by Ravi DeRossi, alongside partners Drew Brady and Sother Teague, Overthrow is behind some of New York City’s most beloved plant-based restaurants, including Avant Garden, Soda Club, and Ladybird.

Across every venue, the intention is the same: to create experiences that feel as good as they taste-thoughtful, immersive, and rooted in a simple idea: that what we choose to eat can be both deeply satisfying and a force for good.
