From refined vegetable-forward dining and diasporic Middle Eastern tapas to handmade pasta and natural wine, we create some of New York City’s most distinctive dining experiences, with concepts recognized by the Michelin Guide.

Al-Andalus is our Middle Eastern–inspired tapas concept shaped by diasporic storytelling and the culinary traditions of the MENA region. The space is warm, layered, and richly detailed, with dishes designed for sharing and an atmosphere that feels both transportive and deeply personal.

Opened in 2011, Amor y Amargo was the first bar in the United States devoted entirely to bitters. More than a decade later, it remains one of a kind, helping to shape a renewed appreciation for amaro, fortified wines, and botanical spirits, while earning recognition among the world's most celebrated cocktail bars.

An intimate, vegetable-forward restaurant defined by seasonality, technique, and a quiet sense of elegance. Now ten years in, Avant Garden continues to shape New York City's dining landscape, with recognition from the Michelin Guide for its thoughtful, expressive cooking.

Long Count is a chef-led, aged wine restaurant where the cellar looks backward, the market menu changes weekly, and the whole experience is built around how flavor changes with time. Located in Soda Club’s former space, at 155 Avenue B.

An intimate pasta bar centered on handmade pastas and natural wines, with a distinctly romantic, design-forward atmosphere. Recognized with a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide, Soda Club has become a standout for its thoughtful approach to both food and wine.
