Ravi Derossi is the James Beard-nominated veteran of the New York City hospitality industry, owning and operating dozens of critically acclaimed venues since 2006. The New York Times has called him the “New York stealth bar owner and restaurateur”, and Derossi’s bars and restaurants have been featured in hundreds of thousands of national, international, and local publications, receiving acclaim for their impact on cocktail culture and plant-based cuisine. Ravi holds a deep affection for all animals and has been an outspoken voice on animal rights and climate change issues.

Ravi is also a Founding Member of Death & Co., one of North America's 50 Best Bars.

Drew Brady

Partner, Wine Director

Born and raised in Newburgh, New York, Drew Brady’s first job was assembling Sunday newspapers at a local Italian deli. After working in event production, Drew served as the F&B program director at Sustain Release. From there, he joined the company as GM of Avant Garden before being promoted to Operations Director and, most recently, COO. In addition to operations, Drew acts as the Group's wine director, guiding award-winning lists across our properties. Last year, he was recognized as one of Wine Enthusiast's Future 40 Tastemakers.

Since 2011, Sother has been creating cocktail magic at Amor y Amargo while also crafting remarkable beverage programs across our other properties.
