Ravi Derossi is the James Beard-nominated veteran of the New York City hospitality industry, owning and operating dozens of critically-acclaimed venues since 2006. The New York Times has called him the “New York stealth bar owner and restaurateur” and Derossi’s bars and restaurants have been featured in hundreds of thousands of national, international and local publications, received acclaim for their impact on cocktail culture and plant-based cuisine. Ravi holds a deep affection for all animals, and has been an outspoken voice on animal rights issues. His nonprofit BEAST Foundation and shift to plant based ventures has warranted both local and national applause, receiving an award for his efforts.
