Next in our pasta party series at Soda Club: a night dedicated to lasagna!

Not the version you grew up with, but the countless forms it can take.

For one night, the Soda Club team will explore lasagna as a format rather than a fixed recipe, playing with different doughs, fillings, textures, and techniques. Expect multiple interpretations of the dish, from the familiar to the unexpected, plus a few snacks along the way.

Wine Director Drew Brady will also be back in the cellar with rare bottles and an optional wine flight.

This is a maximalist pasta dinner. Seats are limited.
