Join us for a special five-course wild mushroom dinner as part of Understory, our culinary residency that carries forward Third Kingdom's spirit.

Led by Chef Juan Pajarito, the evening begins with Third Kingdom's beloved Enoki Salad, followed by three courses, each highlighting a different seasonal wild mushroom. For dessert, another Third Kingdom favorite returns: Porcini Lava Cake with rosemary and porcini ice cream, candied porcini, and blueberry sauce.

Understory continues the forest-driven cooking of our former sister restaurant, exploring mushrooms, preservation, fire, and the layered flavors of the forest floor.
